At The Wellness Room by Ashley Duncan, every session is designed to help you slow down, reset, and feel cared for. I’m Ashley Duncan, a Licensed Massage Therapist (MA 82138) with nearly two decades of experience in the spa and wellness industry. I began my career in 2005 and later became licensed in cosmetology and massage therapy, bringing a well-rounded, hands-on approach to both relaxation and results. My work is both therapeutic and intuitive, blending relaxation with focused techniques to support pain relief, reduce stress, and restore balance in the body. Whether you’re coming in for a massage or facial, each service is personalized to meet you where you are that day. This space was created to feel warm, peaceful, and welcoming, a place where you can truly relax, let go, and take a moment for yourself. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please provide at least 4 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. • Cancellations within 4 hours will be charged 30% of the scheduled service • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service If you’re feeling unwell or experiencing an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible to reschedule. Exceptions may be considered at my discretion. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and the full service fee will still apply. I understand that any inappropriate or sexually suggestive behavior, comments, or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment for the scheduled service will still be required.
